Pioneer Signs & Print LLC – Terms of Service
1. Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit is required before any design, permitting, or fabrication begins.
2. Project Timeline
Sign production and installation typically take 3–4 weeks after design approval and deposit.
Please note: this estimate does not include city permitting time, which is outside our control.
3. City Permits
City permits may extend the overall project timeline. Pioneer Signs & Print LLC cannot be held responsible for permit-related delays.
4. Design Approval
All clients must approve design proofs before production begins. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or delays.
5. Installation Requirements
Clients must ensure the installation area is ready, safe, and accessible. Rescheduling fees may apply if the site is not prepared.
6. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on workmanship and installation. This does not cover damage caused by weather, vandalism, or misuse.
7. Agreement
By either submitting payment, signing a quote, or approving a design, you agree to these Terms of Service.
